Food was Great! It was our first time there, we ordered the Fish and Chips. Best hush puppies we have ever had. They have a nice menu; chicken, shrimp. We'll have to explore more of it. I did feel it was kinda pricey but it was good quality. The dining room is small, but it was clean. Not really set up for family seating, not a kid environment (in my opinion). Felt more like a Grab and Go, take out. We will be going again. If you go, I hope you enjoy it!

It has been well over a decade since the last time I had the chance to eat at Arthur treacher's. The shame of that is that this location in Garfield heights was not a long drive from my home. I just never find myself quite on this side of town unless I am visiting Cinemark at valley view. A friend suggested meeting for dinner before a movie at Cinemark this past Thursday evening. Arthur treacher's had been a childhood staple for him and his family and he suggested we meet there. Upon arriving into the parking lot and seeing that familiar yellow background with the union jacks flanking the logo, took me right back. Inside. The interior and overall setup was, utilitarian. It has a handful of tables if you choose to dine in but the general setup seems to be geared for take out orders. That extended to how the food is packaged up, everything is placed into take out foam containers for your order. There were around 4 people waiting for their order when we arrived. After placing our order at the counter (the person who took my order was super friendly and helpful) we were given our order number and we took a seat. Overall it took around 8-10 minutes for our orders to come up. The kitchen was absolutely cooking everything to order so everything was extremely fresh and hot. I ordered the fish and chicken combo meal. That came with chips, 2 pieces of fish and 2 pieces of chicken, and 2 hush puppies. I also ordered a lemon luv and coleslaw as sides. After letting things cool a little while, dove in. That first bite took me right back to my childhood. We didn't visit Treacher's often, as it was usually reserved for when we would visit sears at southland for school shopping, but I always enjoyed my experience back then. Everything was how I remembered it. This will be a restaurant I will return to when in the area for sure moving forward. Can't believe I waited so long to return.

The food was fresh and served hot, and you can tell this place is run exceptionally well. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and courteous. I’ll definitely be returning. It’s the kind of business you’re happy to support — and they don’t even ask for a tip.

It’s been many years since I’ve had the opportunity to stop at an AT! I am very hopeful they continue their local success and can slowly branch back out. The quality of the food is the star here. It’s a LOT better than LJS. However, the batter could and it’s a personal opinion use a little more salt BUT that’s why we’ve got salt shakers! So if you’re a fan of the original it’s the same! If you’re looking for a change and want something fast and different this is for you! Keep up the good work!

Simply AMAZING!. The lovely ladies behind the counter with exceptional customer service. Fish, that is lite and flakey with a crunchy coating and no grease!. French fries were crispy, and the coleslaw had a kick that went well with the fish. You have to taste the hush puppies fried to perfection. I was the first customer on a Sunday and hadn't been to Arthur Treachers in years. I'll be back 100%.

Absolutely LOVE this place!!! So many great childhood memories of Arthur Treacher's. When they originally closed the Garfield Hts location I would drive the 35 minutes to the Cuyahoga Falls location every other week to get my fix. So glad they reopened the Garfield Hts location! I get fish, chips, and a crunch pup. Absolutely the best! Highly recommend all, especially the crunch pup. Like a corn dog but a hot dog dipped in the fish batter. Usually have to wait a few extra minutes for it but so worth it. They know me by now so they usually start mine when they see me. (Had to stop them the first Friday of Lent. Lol) The staff are super friendly and helpful. Ryan, the manager is GREAT! The place is always clean. Even when busy it's quick. Highly recommend (and I do)!

How is this fish so good? And I'm picky with any kind of fish. I like that you can buy fish pieces a la carte - I take them home & make fish tacos with them - the breading is so good. Super friendly & helpful staff. Hush puppies were better than expected, too! And the Cole slaw is fresh & tasty.

Unfortunately the stores in my area all closed. So. I was overjoyed to find out there two near Cleveland. Also the gentleman told me they’re opening a 3rd location soon in Cleveland Heights! Awesome lunchtime trip down memory lane! A
